By booking any service with EcoShine Solar Cleaning LLC, the Client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. EcoShine provides environmentally responsible exterior cleaning services including house washing, roof cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning. All services are performed using eco-friendly, biodegradable products and safe, effective cleaning techniques. Appointments are scheduled in advance and must be confirmed via phone, email, or text. The Client is responsible for ensuring full access to the property at the scheduled time, which includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles or other obstructions, and securing pets. If EcoShine cannot access the work area, the appointment may be rescheduled and a service call fee may apply.

Service estimates are based on the information provided and an initial assessment. Pricing may be adjusted if actual site conditions require more time, effort, or materials than anticipated. All invoices are due within 3 days of completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. EcoShine accepts payments via cash, check, credit card, or authorized online systems. Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee after five (5) days. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee. EcoShine reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If a Client is not satisfied with the results of a completed job, they must contact EcoShine within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address the issue as long as it falls within the original scope of work. Requests made beyond 48 hours may incur additional charges. EcoShine is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions such as loose siding, wood rot, failing window seals, or poorly maintained surfaces. Clients are expected to notify us of any known vulnerabilities or concerns prior to service. Although we take all reasonable precautions, EcoShine is not liable for damage caused by improper construction, age-related deterioration, or factors outside of our control. We are fully insured, and all work is performed using safe industry-standard techniques.

Because we are committed to eco-friendly practices, our cleaning methods may use lighter pressure or longer dwell times to protect surfaces and minimize environmental impact. Clients should understand that in some cases, full restoration is not possible due to the condition or age of surfaces. Clients are responsible for closing all windows and doors, protecting electrical outlets, and removing fragile items from service areas. EcoShine is not liable for water intrusion, electrical damage, or damage to unsecured fixtures. Photos may be taken before and after cleaning for quality assurance and training purposes. These images may also be used for marketing, unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the appointment.

EcoShine will not be held liable for delays or inability to perform services due to weather conditions, power outages, equipment failure, labor shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed, and any legal disputes will be handled through binding arbitration or in a court of local jurisdiction. EcoShine reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website or by request. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the latest version of these Terms and Conditions.
